You received a complaint and your response was totally unacceptable. Honestly, it feels like your approach is more about shaming customers, which is a real shame. Now, let’s talk about my most recent order. It’s the last one, too—after spending over 10,000 EUR with you, I’m done. This last order was for 1,000 EUR worth of stamps, and I had to throw away 500 EUR worth. Here’s why:
- incomplete sets
- damaged items
- missing perforations
- dirty, greasy fingerprints
- a DEAD MOTH that ruined a textile stamp

I reported all this to you, but it seemed like you didn’t care at all. I even sent a folder with close-up photos of the damaged goods, and it looks like nobody bothered to check it out. The person who responded had the empathy of a rock and zero customer service skills.

Seriously, get it together. I gave you all the hints on how to fix this, but you did nothing. You call it human error; I’d say even animals would’ve done a better job.

You’ve really lost a paying customer here, folks. Just admit it.

What is going on with this site? I never received my order, so I shot them an email. They replied, claiming it was delivered with confirmation, but the confirmation was for a totally incorrect address and name. I informed them about this, and instead of fixing the issue, they told me I had to reach out to this person myself to get my stuff back. But wait, it gets even crazier. After that, they sent me another email saying it might have been a mistake and asked for my order number AGAIN. Seriously, what is happening with this service? You have records of my order, USE THEM! You ought to have systems in place that show exactly where an item ended up, ESPECIALLY IF IT'S TRACKED. Why do I have to remind you of this? Maybe this site works fine sometimes, but honestly, it ain't worth the hassle of dealing with such utter incompetence if you decide to use it.

All my purchases arrived in great shape. The delivery took a bit longer, but that's likely on Canada Post, not Postbeeld. I definitely suggest them for their selection and solid service.
